So, what makes the Complete Book of Juicing: Your Delicious Guide to Youthful Vitality by Michael T. Murray different? Is it just another so-called magical book with a few recipes, making wild claims about curing fatal diseases? Though, in many respects, it does resemble hundreds of other guides, three things make it stand out from the crowd:
- It’s written by a specialist, Dr. Murray who is one of the world’s leading authorities on natural medicine
- It gives detailed nutritional information about each recipe – so you know what you’re consuming
- It’s a safe and effective guide to juice fasting (for quick weight loss)
Even Jay Kordich (aka The Juiceman) hails and recommends the Complete Book of Juicing: “A must-read for anyone interested in juicing as a part of a healthy lifestyle.” There are a few shortcomings of this book also, which we’ll discuss shortly. But first, let’s get to know the writer himself.
