The Scarlet Mix Recipe
3 Red Apples
1 Beetroot (a big one!)
1 Carrot
2 Celery stalks
Simply juice the apples and beets (sliced or not, depending on their size and which type of juicer you’re using), then the carrot and celery. Best served poured over ice, in a long glass, and enjoyed by your beloved body, and maybe shared with a beloved one?
