The Clear Skin Smoothie Recipe accomplishes 2 things: a great help when fighting skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and acne, but it is also ultra delicious. If you are fighting a skin condition, this smoothie could improve your skin considerably. A good tip is having it as a breakfast, on an empty stomach, followed by some fresh fruit such as the zinc-rich watermelon.
What you consume affects directly your skin – some foods and habits can even worsen skin conditions. If you suffer from psoriasis, acne or eczema, you should avoid:
– Dairy
– Tomatoes
– Eggplant
– Peppers
– White Sugar
– Carbohydrates
– Tobacco
– Alcohol
… And you should increase your intake of:
– Lecithin
– Zinc
– Probiotics
– Essential fatty acids (seeds, oily fish, Udo’s oil)
To make the Clear Skin Smoothie you’ll need both the juicer and the blender, so be sure to have these 2 appliances out on the counter before starting…

1/4 Cucumber
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp Mixed Seeds
