Seven ingredients make up this healthy, wonderful vegetable and legume juice recipe. But we only used six of them on ours because personally we really hate onions in our juices… but if you’re ok with them by all means, go for it! It’s still a Seven Wonders juice recipe – with or without them!
As always with juicing using a juicers, be aware of the order you insert the ingredients through the shutter. Juicing spinach, for instance: leaves and soft vegetables will be better processed and yield more juice if inserted in between harder ones. Even if a legume can be inserted fully, as is the case with celery and cucumber, we advise you to cut it so as to help the other softer ingredients to go through 🙂
You can also add a dash of olive oil if you wish, it really works well!
