The Pineapple, Kiwi, Celery and Lime blend for juicer is a lovely green juice recipe. We had this one during a juice fast, as a snack juice. It was very tasty, and very refreshing. The kiwi lends it a very pretty green juice color, and with the pineapple also a lot of sweetness. It perfectly balances out the taste of lime and celery.
How to Prepare: For this recipe, we roughly cut out the pineapple peel, so as to make juicing easier. We also decided to cut the kiwi and the celery. The ginger, we just cut it and left it with the peel on. All was very thoroughly washed: scrubbed and cleaned.
You can juice the lime with the peel, but we don’t really like the taste of it so we decided to take it out 🙂
Pineapple, Kiwi, Celery and Lime Blend for Juicer
3 cm Pineapple piece
2 Kiwi fruits
1 Celery stalk
a small piece of Ginger
Put all ingredients through the juicer, put some ice in a glass, pour in this lovely green juice and enjoy!
Not only this recipe is tasty as it is full of nutrition. The pineapple is packed with vitamin C and has enzymes that aid digestion.
