Did you know you can purchase the Bella juice extractor – which works as well as almost any other centrifugal on the market – for just under sixty bucks? Yes… just over $60? Most other juicers with similar capabilities can cost you up to $400 and even more. That means you’re saving at least three hundred plus dollars, which can instead be used to fulfill several other needs. On top of that we always advice people who are giving juicing a try for the first time to not tie up their money in hugely expensive machines. Don’t get me wrong, they are generally worth the investment but if you don’t take to this change in lifestyle then you are basically stuck with an appliance you are not using and out of pocket by quite a bit on top of that.
But does the low cost of this particular unit necessarily mean a cheap quality product with a shorter lifespan? To answer this, let’s explore the positives and negatives of this economical appliance in our following, in-depth Bella juicer review – please read on to learn more.

About the Bella juicer
Falling in the category of what you would call typical juice extractors, it comes equipped with a powerful 600 Watt motor and two speed controls (high and low). It has a relatively wide feed tube which easily fits whole fruits. The design is simple but at the same time exquisite and the light color scheme ensures that the device fits in and goes well with almost any kitchen interior. The measurements of the machine are 14 x 9.7 x 17.5 inches and it weighs nearly 9 pounds. That would generally be considered a very manageable weight, just in case you are wondering. I have handled a single gear machine that was triple that and bordering on being overwhelming.
The ideal buyer for this particular Bella kitchen juicer
If you don’t want to spend a fortune on a juicing machine, but still desire to enjoy juice from a wide variety of food items, this is the ideal choice for you. This here machine, however, won’t process finer produces i.e. wheatgrass or leafy greens etc. If you fancy nutrients extracted from these items, and are willing to spend a few hundred dollars more to invest in a decent one, go for another make and model – preferably a masticating one as they process slower and are therefore perfectly suited to extract from leaves, there’s plenty of those machines to be found here in our expansive reviews section.
Positives of these juice extractors

Negatives
Such a low-priced device of course does not come without minor glitches:
[red_arrow_list width=”100%”]
- Disassembling the unit is not very easy at first go, though with a little practice you get the hang of it and it won’t be an issue
- The juice-catcher present inside the machine is made of plastic and can get stained from brightly pigmented fruits and vegetables. To avoid it, wash the parts as soon as you finish processing your fruits and vegetables

Salads are great ways to use all your extra stuff. even fruit salad. or better yet, but some fruit in your regular salad! I love cut up fruit in my yogurt after a cleanse. Or veggie soups are really awesome.

So I found this beauty at a Goodwill, brand new and still in the box with warrenty and everything for ony 20.00!! !It has been the best buying choice I’ve ever made!!
I have to say, I was suprised to see here on the site that I’m not suppose to juice leafy greens with my Bella? Cause I do every time I make a juice… and I always get lots of juice from it? I usually put it between two solid fruits like my oranges and apples in the feed? Adding the pressure. And I bunch it up real tight. I don’t know. It works great, easy to clean, lightweight, not super loud!!!
I love it!!
